On June 30 and July 1, 2022, Didier Riff, from the Group's Global Security Department, as well as Jean-Marie Lopez and Mélanie Planchand from the Group's European and International Relations Department participated remotely in the project review workshop organized in Niamey by the West African Postal Conference (WAPCO) to discuss postal security and quality of service.
These interventions are in response to a request from the WAPCO and are part of the cooperation agreement signed between La Poste and this restricted Union on 19 May last.
On this occasion Jean-Paul Forceville recalled his willingness to work in close cooperation with the Council of Administration chaired by the Ivory Coast. He declared “I invite you to participate in the discussions on the opening which must be progressive and balanced. I wish you every success in your regional work.”
